• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video if available.
• After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution depending on product availability and the issue reported.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging for any approved exchange/replacement.
